Making a Link (or Hyperlink):

Follow these simple directions -- after you make a couple links you'll get the idea and you can do it without help. :-)

1. Open the page you want to work with in the Easy Editor window and highlight the text you want to become the link.

2. Click the small "link" icon near top of Editor window (it looks like a piece of chain in front of a globe)

3. Enter the link into the "URL" input field and click the OK button.

4. If the link is to another site, be sure to enter in the entire URL

http://www.yahoo.com (or whatever the site address is)

5. If the link is within YOUR site, you need to use this method:

If the page you're linking TO is named "About Us", you would enter:

/_About+Us.html

Note: Don't use spaces, use the "+" plus sign instead if you have pages with more than one word in their name -or- you can use an "_" underscore. This syntax works on static HTML pages only, it will not work on a dynamic catalog page.

If the page you're linking TO is named "Products" for instance, you would enter:

/_Products.html

6. Click OK when you're finished.

Making a "Mail To:" Link (or Hyperlink):

1. Open the page you want to work with in the Easy Editor window and highlight the text you want to become the "mail to:" link.

2. Click the small "link" icon near top of Editor window (it looks like a piece of chain in front of a globe).

3. Select Type: "mailto:" in the pull down menu and enter:

mailto:youraddress@yourcompany.com

in the URL field.

4. Click OK.

5. Click the little floppy disk icon near top left side of menu to SAVE your work.
