Once your website is up and has products in it's Inventory Area, it's normally possible for people to come there and buy things from you.

To VIEW your ORDERS area in your Admin Backend, follow these simple steps:

1. Login to you site (www.YourSiteName.com/login)

2. Click "Orders" in the blue bar up top near right side...

3. Locate the order you wish to view and click the EDIT button at right of each order line. New orders will always be visible and in "pending" status, unless you change or move them. You can view ALL DETAILS of the order, except the credit card number (as us about this if needed) from the Order Detail page.

Normally, you'll fall into one of these three categories:

The order email will ONLY be generated if the credit card transaction is successful, unless you have something special set up to circumvent this.   The order email is generated every time someone attempts to complete an order... it's up to you to take the card number and run it through your terminal to determine if it's a valid order that should be shipped.   Go to Paypal and login to your account there to be sure that the order was paid for properly.
         
You do not need to retrieve the credit card number because your Merchant Account will handle everything. It's really best if you never even see the number for security reasons.   The credit card number can be retrieved from your ORDERS area in your web site Admin Backend, or you can have it emailed to you with the order receipt. Process and ship the order as you normally would.   If the credit card transaction is successful, process and ship the order as you normally would.
