Log into your site as you normally do.

Under Site Managers click "Email Manager"...you'll be logged into your Email Area in a few seconds.

From there, click "USERS" button up top and you'll see all the email user accounts listed. Next to each account are parentheses that show how many emails are waiting in each users box - for instance it might show:

Click on any user account and when the account comes up, scroll down to find the "Login As User" button and click it.

From there you can read that users email.
